Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and thank understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you No-Show or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and up to a 100% no show fee will be charged. A No-Show is considered any appointment cancelled within 4 hour window of your appointment. I request 24 hours advance notice for hair cut cancellations and 48 hours for all color service cancellations. IIf proper notice is not given, 100% missed appointment/cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
